How is a session

We offer workshops for small groups and personalized individual sessions.

In the group sessions we start with a moment of inner reflection and connect with our mental, emotional and physical state of the moment.

Then, we prepare the body with a warm-up that will lead us to be aware of it. Subsequently, we will begin to perform sequences of exercises, choreographies and free movements according to the need of the group.

In each session, according to the topics to be developed, we will use various techniques that help us to facilitate the connection with ourselves, to allow unconscious aspects to flourish through the body and movement. We end with a closure where we collect and analyze the meaning of what has emerged, linking movements and relationships with thoughts, feelings and emotions.

The purpose is always to archive the physical, emotional and cognitive integration of the individual, through artistic and verbal expression.
